John came out of the womb screaming MORE MUSIC!

The multi-instumentalist was originally based out of Denver Colo. and spent his professional career traveling the country singing for his supper.

He had been away from playing in a group for quite some time, but then a fun opportunity presented itself. So here we are…

  "George Martin- How he translated The Beatles ideas into what we heard always has amazed me.""
• Who or what inspired you to get into music?
  "I was born with a song in my head and played several instruments.
  Not quite a teenager, I heard Duane Eddy’s “Rebel Rouser” and that was it- forget all the other instruments and go get a guitar"
• Who inspires you now?
  "Kind people that continue to pursue their passions."
• Crowning musical moment:
  "I have been fortunate to have several.First time I played in front of thousands of people-
  Being able to work with many of the world class musicians I looked up to when I was coming up—
  Maybe that best moment hasn’t happened yet??"
• Most embarrassing musical moment:
  "We were performing a club forever ago and looked around see that no one was there..including the staff..ugh."
• Other thoughts:
  The Walrus is a band of kind and compassionate musicians and has brought joy back to my musical world.
